Refunds:

By signing up, you are purchasing a Digital Service Membership.  Please note that your payment is a membership contribution for access to our digital repository and organizational tools, rather than a purchase of physical merchandise.  

Digital content & Refund Policy:  Because access to our downloadable library and private storage features are granted immediately upon registration, all membership payments are final.  By completing your registration, you acknowledge the digital nature of this service and agree that  no refunds will be issued once access has been provided.  This policy ensures the continued maintenance and hosting of our public domain archives.

Accounts that are unpaid and have no activity for a period of one year after their subscription has expired will be qued for deletion. This includes their personal library. Users will be notified by e-mail that their account is about to expire and will be deleted if they do not log in within 10 days of the e-mail notification.

Cancellation:

There is no way to cancel an account.  Programmers deliberately did not give Admin the ability to delete an account as insurance that no one would accidently remove someone's account, or the music that they uploaded to their personal library.  A Premium account automatically converts to a standard account after one year if the premium renewal is not paid.  Two years after becoming a Standard account an e-mail will be sent asking the account hold to log in if they wish to keep the account.  If they do not log in, the system will delete their account.  

Financial Information:

No Financial information is stored on this website.  No one needs to be concerned that a hacker can obtain this information from the website as there is none on the server for them to hack.
